Cloud POS · Cafés, restaurants & cloud kitchens
Run the floor, the kitchen and the books from one screen.
Foodzy takes an order from a QR scan, a kiosk or the counter, fires the right ticket to the right kitchen, holds the table until it clears, and closes the day with a cash register that actually balances. One outlet or twenty.
- 1Paneer tikkano chilli
- 3Butter naan

The service loop
Four things have to go right between the order and the till.
Most outlets run these on four disconnected things — a notebook, a printer, a chat group and a spreadsheet. Foodzy is the one place they all meet, in the order they actually happen.
STAGE 01
The order lands
From the counter, a waiter's device, a QR code on the table, a self-order kiosk or WhatsApp — every channel writes to the same open bill.
- Speed POS
- Self ordering by QR
- Self-service kiosk
- Attender app for waiters
STAGE 02
The kitchen fires it
The KOT splits by station and lands on the KDS, so the grill sees grill items and the bar sees drinks. Nothing gets shouted twice.
- Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT)
- Kitchen Display System (KDS)
- Kitchen management & routing
- Modifiers & item notes
STAGE 03
The table turns
A floor plan drawn to match your room, with bookings and delivery orders on the same board as walk-ins.
- Table management
- Booking & reservations
- Delivery orders
- Split, merge and move bills
STAGE 04
The day closes
Takings, expenses and stock movement land in one register, so cash-up is a check rather than an investigation.
- Cash register & shift close
- Inventory movement
- Expense tracking
- Reports & CSV export
One order, end to end
Five ways in. One bill out. Nothing retyped.
However the order arrives — counter, table QR, kiosk, the waiter's app or a delivery channel — it becomes the same open bill, fires the same tickets, and closes into the same compliant invoice.

Inside Foodzy
Fifteen modules that already run real restaurants.
Not a roadmap. Every screen below is in the product today, running live outlets in Riyadh.
Speed POS & one-tap billing
Pax, waiter, variations, modifiers and per-item notes on the open bill, with inclusive VAT calculated as you go. Then one button for the path you actually want.
Areas, tables & live seat count
Group the room into Family, Majlis, Rooftop or Upstairs, see remaining seats per table, assign a waiter, and read Available, Running and Reserved at a glance.
QR ordering & self-service kiosk
A branch menu QR plus one per table, printable as label sheets and regenerable any time. The kiosk runs the same menu and asks only for the details you tick.
Kitchen display & multi-kitchen KOT
Tickets route to the right station and move through Pending, In Kitchen and Food is Ready on a screen the pass can actually read. Cancellations are tracked, not lost.
Reservations & Call Waiter
Take a booking by date, cover count, meal period and time slot with the guest's special request attached. A guest tapping Call Waiter shows up on a board that refreshes itself.
Menus, variations & availability
Separate menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and juice, assigned to the tables that serve them. Toggle an item off the floor and the customer site at once, or bulk upload the lot.
Inventory, recipes & purchase orders
Recipes tie menu items to stock, so selling a dish moves the ingredients. Low-stock and expiring-stock alerts, batch recipes, suppliers and purchase orders all sit in the same place.
Cash register with real accountability
Open and close sessions against counted denominations, log safe drops, and see which shifts came up short. Discrepancies are surfaced and approvals are recorded, not argued about.
Thirteen reports, all exportable
Sales, item, category, tax, refund, COD, delivery app, expenses, cancelled orders, removed KOT items and more — filtered by handler, waiter, payment method and time window.
Delivery executives & COD control
Riders get their own partner code and login, go online or offline, and carry orders you can track. COD monitoring shows what cash is out with whom before it becomes a problem.
Expenses, recurring bills & receipts
Log the supplier invoice against a category with expense, payment and due dates, attach the receipt image, and set the ones that repeat every month to file themselves.
Multi-branch, and Arabic throughout
Switch branch and language from the same header — the whole back office, the customer site and the printed bill all follow. Shifts, taxes, printers, roles and themes are set per branch.
Works with no internet at all
The line does not stop when the connection does. Orders, tickets and bills keep running on the terminal through the outage, and everything syncs the moment you are back — nothing retyped, nothing lost.
Loyalty that brings them back
Reward repeat guests on the channel you own, where you keep the customer record instead of renting it from an aggregator. Every order they place through you builds the relationship.
Your own ordering site, your own domain
A branded ordering site with dine-in, delivery and pickup, running on your own web address rather than someone else's marketplace — and taking zero commission on every order that comes through it.
Who runs on Foodzy
Eight kinds of food business, eight different setups.
The same system, configured differently. Find the one that looks like yours and you already know which plan to start on.
Café & coffee shop
A counter queue that never stops moving. Speed POS with size, milk and syrup modifiers, a bill in three taps, and a QR menu for the tables by the window.
Start on LiteDine-in restaurant
A floor plan drawn to match the room, waiters taking orders at the table on the app, tickets split to the grill and the bar, and a table that clears the moment the bill is paid.
Start on BasicQuick service & takeaway
No tables to manage, just throughput. The kiosk takes the order while the counter takes the next one, and the KDS keeps the pass honest at peak.
Start on BasicCloud kitchen, several brands
Four menus, one pass. Tickets route by brand so nothing collides, delivery and aggregator orders land on the same rail, and each brand's item mix reports separately.
Start on AdvanceFamily sections & majlis
Seating that has to stay separate. Areas for family, majlis, rooftop and upstairs, each with its own tables, its own waiter, and a Call Waiter button so nobody has to be flagged down.
Start on BasicCatering & events
Orders booked weeks ahead for covers in the hundreds. Save the order as a draft while it is still a quote, track the supplier costs against it, and turn it into a bill on the day.
Start on StandardBakery & juice bar
Everything sold by size, weight or count. Variations on every item, recipes that pull the flour and the fruit out of stock as you sell, and a low-stock alert before you run dry mid-morning.
Start on StandardMulti-branch group or franchise
Five outlets that need to look like one business to you and like a local restaurant to the guest. Group dashboard, roles across branches, and taxes, printers and shifts set per location.
Start on AdvanceYour channel, your margin
The aggregator takes a cut of every order. Your own site doesn't.
Delivery platforms in Saudi Arabia typically charge restaurants somewhere between 15% and 25% per order, before marketing and setup fees. Foodzy gives you the same ordering experience on a site you own — and takes nothing per order, on any plan.
- A branded ordering site with Dine In, Delivery and Pickup, on your own domain
- The guest's phone number and order history stay yours, not the platform's
- Loyalty rewards that only work because you own the customer record
- Keep the aggregators too — their orders land on the same KOT rail and reconcile in one report
We are not telling you to leave the platforms. They bring volume you would not otherwise see. The point is that the orders your regulars would have placed anyway do not need to cost you a commission.

Where we operate
Seven countries, seven currencies, seven different tax answers.
Each of these markets bills, files and reports differently — and the honest position is that "GCC-ready" means nothing on its own. Here is exactly where each one stands.
| Country | Currency | Tax & invoicing | Where it stands |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saudi ArabiaCore market | SAR | 15% VAT · ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing | Wave 24 deadline 30 June 2026. B2C simplified invoices are in scope, so a restaurant till is directly affected — each one needs a UUID, invoice hash, cryptographic stamp and QR in UBL 2.1 XML, reported to Fatoora within 24 hours. Foodzy does this on every plan. |
| United Arab Emirates | AED | 5% VAT · FTA e-invoicing | Pilot open since July 2026; mandatory for businesses under AED 50m from July 2027. B2B and B2G only — B2C bills are excluded for now. |
| Bahrain | BHD | 10% VAT (NBR) | Standard VAT invoicing today. No e-invoicing mandate announced for restaurants. |
| Oman | OMR | 5% VAT | Standard VAT invoicing today. |
| Qatar | QAR | No domestic VAT yet | Priced and billed in QAR. The GCC framework agreement exists but Qatar has not enacted VAT locally. |
| Kuwait | KWD | No domestic VAT yet | Priced and billed in KWD. Same position as Qatar — no local VAT enacted. |
| India | INR | GST | GST breakdown on every bill, GSTIN on the invoice, monthly or quarterly filing depending on your turnover. |

Four plans. Priced per outlet, per year.

Questions we get on the first call
The honest answers.
Is ZATCA Phase 2 really included on the cheapest plan?
Yes. E-invoicing is a legal requirement, not a feature we should be charging extra for — a café on Lite has the same 30 June 2026 deadline as a group on Advance. What changes between plans is how much of the rest of the operation the system runs, not whether your invoices are compliant.
What happens when the internet drops mid-service?
Service carries on. Foodzy runs fully offline — the terminal keeps taking orders, printing tickets and closing bills through the outage, and everything syncs when the connection returns. Nothing is retyped and no ticket is lost. It is on every plan, including Lite, because a café on the cheapest plan loses a service to a dropped line exactly like a group does.
Do I need to buy your hardware?
No. Foodzy runs in a browser, so an existing tablet, laptop or Android terminal will do. You'll want a standard thermal receipt printer, a screen the kitchen can see from the pass for the KDS, and a floor-standing touchscreen if you're running a kiosk. Bring us your current setup and we'll tell you what works and what doesn't.
Can you move my existing menu and data across?
Yes. Menus, categories, modifiers, staff and table layouts can be imported rather than retyped — in Arabic and English both. We'll walk you through the import and check the result before you go live.
Is it priced per outlet or per terminal?
Per outlet, per year. Run as many tills, tablets, KDS screens, kiosks and staff logins inside one outlet as you need — the price doesn't move. A second location is a second outlet.
Can I start on Lite and move up later?
That's the intended path. Most outlets start on Lite or Basic, add self-ordering and inventory once the floor is running smoothly, and only reach Advance when a second kitchen or a second branch appears. Your data comes with you — an upgrade switches features on, it doesn't restart your setup.
What does a cloud kitchen with four brands do?
Advance, in most cases — the kitchen management and multi-kitchen routing is what keeps four brands' tickets from colliding on one pass. Whether the brands sit under one outlet or several depends on how your licences and payouts are structured, which is worth ten minutes on a call before you set it up.
Book a demo
Twenty minutes, your menu, your questions.
We'll set the demo up around the outlet you actually run — not a generic tour. Tell us a little and we'll come prepared.
- A walkthrough on your menu and floor plan, in Arabic or English
- A ZATCA check against your wave, turnover band and deadline
- A hardware check against the printers and screens you already own
- A written quote with the plan and outlet count spelled out
